Ingredients
50ml Buddha’s Hand Gin
25ml vermouth
Freshly cut ginger
Orange peel
Star anise
Premium Indian tonic
Method
Add all ingredients bar tonic to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain and top with tonic.
Recommended Garnish
An orange peel twist and a whole star anise.
