Ingredients
50ml Blood Monkey Gin
Premium bitter orange tonic
Method
Pour your gin into a tall glass filled with cubed ice. Add garnishes and then fill to the brim with bitter orange tonic.
Recommended Garnish
Dried orange slices give a slightly smoky tang that pairs perfectly with this darker version of a classic. Combine with a torn sprig of rosemary for the perfect B&T.
