Served in a Margarita glass
Don’t forget to garnish with a lime wheel!
Ingredients
50ml Dragon Hill Gin
25ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Passion Fruit Puree
25ml Strawberry Puree
Rocks of Ice in Glass
Method
Fill shaker with ice, add all ingredients. Shake. Pour into margarita glass using hawthorne and fine strainer.
Recommended Garnish
Serve with lime wheel floated on top.
