This gin was founded to encompass the best of Mallorca and express that in the look, feel and taste. Mallorca Distillery is the 1st organic certified distillery on the island.
Each gin is handcrafted using a 500-litre copper pot still, with the distillery committed to the island and its environment. Working with local farmers, ingredients are sourced locally and ethically foraged year-round. Organic wheat spirit is macerated for 18-20 hours, with Mallorcan juniper and fresh local citrus peels of orange, lime and lemon. More delicate botanicals, including wild almond flowers, lavender, orange leaves, lime zest & tomato branches, are then added.
