Popcorn Sour
This cocktail is a great use of any popcorn you have in the cupboard!
Don’t forget to have extra popcorn for garnish (and tasting).
Ingredients
50ml Gin
25ml Apple Juice
20ml Popcorn Syrup
30ml Lemon Juice
Egg White
Popcorn
Sumac
Method
Shake the gin, syrup, juice & egg white in an ice-filled shaker. Strain into the glass.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with popcorn and sumac.
