How does Think Gin Club work?
It’s simple. Sign up for your first subscription box and get a free GIANT gin glass. You’ll then receive a box a month, depending on which frequency plan you choose.
Is there a joining fee?
Absolutely not. You only pay for the plan you choose.
What’s in the box?
The exact contents of each box is a surprise until it arrives, but always includes a full size bottle of very special gin, paired premium tonics, mixers and a gift, and our ‘High Spirits’ cocktail menu card. The treats within our box may contain nuts.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. We’d love you to stay, but we don’t make it hard for you to leave. Please contact us at members@thinkginclub.com
What types of memberships do you offer?
Our gin memberships are available in monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly subscriptions. Find out more about the subscription options.
Are there any hidden fees or costs?
Absolutely not. There are no hidden fees or additional costs.
What size will my bottle of gin be?
Your box will always contain a full size bottle of gin.
When will I receive my craft gin?
We dispatch our craft gins on or around the first week of every month, so please allow 3-5 working days for your gin box to arrive. You will be informed by email/SMS when it’s on its way
Can I change my membership frequency?
Yes of course, as often as you like. Simply email us at: members@thinkginclub.com and let us know which frequency you would like to change to. Eg. You may wish to upgrade from a bi-monthly to a monthly membership.
If you change your frequency by the 17th it will be effective that month, if you change it after the 17th it will become effective the following month
Billing & Payment
When will I be billed?
Your first payment will be taken on the day you join. All recurring memberships subsequent payments will then be billed on the 21st of each month. Credit/Debit cards will be automatically debited on a recurring basis.
Can I skip a month?
Yes. If you are not able to receive your craft gin, you may skip a month and suspend payment and delivery,twice in any 12 month period. To do so, please contact us at members@thinkginclub.com. Please note that we will automatically send you a bottle for the month after the month for which you suspend unless you tell us otherwise. To skip a month you must contact us before the 17th of the month you wish to suspend.
Shipping & Delivery
Where does Think Gin Club ship to?
We ship to mainland UK. For Offshore Islands, Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, we charge an additional postage fee of £10. At this time, we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
How will I receive my craft gin?
Your monthly gin box will be delivered to your door or your place of work, and will require a signature of someone aged over 18 years old. We deliver to the shipping address you specified during your registration, this can be updated in ‘My Account’ section.
How Do I Change My Address?
Log in to your account and edit shipping address in ‘Addresses’ Email us also if you wish to double check: members@thinkginclub.com
All subscription orders are created around the 20th of each month and if you are trying to change your delivery address after this date, you must email us as the address will be the one on your account prior to the 20th.
Returns & Refunds
My bottle has arrived damaged / broken. What should I do?
We apologize in advance for any damaged craft gin bottles. In the unlikely case that your craft gin arrives broken / damaged, please contact us at members@thinkginclub.com explaining your concern. Please attach pictures of the damaged bottle to the email. We will respond to you with the proper procedure and will send you a new replacement bottle as quickly as possible.
Can I return my bottle of craft gin for a refund?
We cannot offer refunds for craft gin bottles. In the unlikely event of broken bottles, we will send you a new bottle as soon as possible.
