Aromatic Gimlet
You can be creative with your “aromatic” additions to your lime cordial!
Use fresh lavender for the best taste.
Ingredients
60ml Gin
30ml Aromatic Lime Cordial
Lime Juice
Sugar
Method
Add equal parts lime juice to sugar & heat in a pan.
Pour in a tall glass filled with gin & ice, stir & strain into a chilled glass.
Recommended Garnish
Serve with a sprig of lavender.
