Marc's Revival
This is an award winning cocktail, winning first place in the Foxhole Gin Competition 2018!
It was created by Manon Glathe of The Plotting Parlour, Brighton.
Ingredients
40ml Gin
35ml Pink Peppercorn & Champagne Reduction Syrup
20ml Citrus Sherbet Champagne
Crushed Pink Peppercorns
Method
Shake the gin, Pink Peppercorn & Champagne Reduction Syrup and citrus sherbet with ice. Strain into a glass and top up with champagne.
Recommended Garnish
Dress the glass with crushed pink peppercorns.
