Foxhole Spirit’s History
Created with a passion for sustainability, Foxhole Gin is distilled with a spirit made using English grapes from Sussex vineyards, produced from the tonnes of pressed grapes wineries throw away every year.
The Distillation Process
Foxhole Gin takes 8,760 hours to make; a full grape growing season, a long fermentation and six distillations in a hand built copper still. Foxhole Gin takes its name from the narrow, winding Foxhole Lane that leads to the vineyards that the grapes are sourced from! The result is beautifully balanced, smooth and aromatic, with flavours that subtly change with each new vintage.
Result & Perfect Serve
Along with the grape spirit, this premium London Dry Gin is also infused with the botanicals Juniper, Coriander, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Liquorice Root, Bitter Orange, Fresh Lemon Zest, Grapefruit Zest, Angelica Seed and diluted with natural spring water. For the perfect serve, pair with a premium chilled tonic water, plenty of ice and a slice of pink grapefruit.

Ingredients
50ml Gin
Premium Tonic Water
Pink Grapefruit Slice
Method
Fill the glass with ice and add gin.
Top up with chilled tonic water.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
