Ingredients
50ml Gin
75ml Fresh Watermelon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
30ml Soda Water
Fresh Mint

Method
Blend the watermelon until smooth. Pour the lime juice & syrup into a glass with the watermelon juice & gin. Add ice & stir.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a watermelon slice and fresh mint.
