G&Tea
A take on the classic, here’s a refreshing cocktail to take you through to the summer.
Ingredients
40ml Gin
1 tbsp Orange Marmalade
30ml Earl Grey tea, chilled
Dash of Orange Bitters
Method
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add gin, orange marmalade, chilled Earl Grey tea and bitters. Shake and pour into a glass filled with ice. Add more ice and garnish with an orange twist.

Elderflower Collins Cocktail
Members of the Think Gin Club should already be fond of this recipe as it was one of our featured cocktails for this month. For those that aren’t familiar, it’s a must-have for spring.
Ingredients
25ml Gin
25ml Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Soda Water
Method
Shake the gin, elderflower, lemon juice and sugar syrup together. Pour into a Collins glass with ice and top up with soda water.
Recommended Garnish
Lemon slice and fresh mint
Windsor Knot
Ingredients
40ml Gin
15ml Orange Liqueur
30ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
60ml White Cranberry Juice
3 Cucumber Slices
90ml Soda Water
Cucumber Slice to Garnish
Method
Fill a wine goblet glass with ice. Add gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice, cranberry juice and cucumber slices. Stir to mix. Top with club soda. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
Long Island Iced Tea
Ingredients
25ml Dry Gin
25ml Rum
25ml Triple Sec
25ml Vanilla Vodka
25ml Tequila
50ml Fresh Lime Juice
Ice
250ml Cola
1 Lime, Cut into Wedges
Method
Pour the vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec into a jug and add lime juice to taste. Half-fill the jug with ice, then stir until the outside feels co.d Add the cola, then stir to combine. Drop in the lime wedges. Fill two tall glasses with more ice cubes and pour in the iced tea.
Negroni
Ingredients
25ml Gin
25ml Sweet Wine
25ml Aperol
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Method
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice, gently stir and pour into an ice-filled tumbler.

An orange peel twist
Pear & Elderflower Gimlet
Another from our cocktail recipe book, this classic cocktail is ideal for basking in the springtime sunshine in your garden.
Ingredients
40ml Gin
15ml St Germain
25ml Pear Syrup
20ml Lemon Juice
Method
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and double strain. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

Method
