- Champagne Fizz
Perfect for sipping by the fireside, this delicious drink is incredibly moreish. Nothing completes a crisp winter evening like this. Like all drinks that use egg white in their creation, the distinctive creamy texture to this drink makes it stand out.
In order to prepare this, dry shake gin, lemon juice and egg white together in a container for thirty seconds. Once complete, add ice and proceed to shake the mixture again until it has been thoroughly chilled. At this point, strain the mixture into a glass and top it off with champagne.

- Mince Pie Martini
This spiced, sugary drink will go well with your after-dinner treats come Christmas day. There are multiple steps to this process, since we’re producing a separate flavour for the rim of the glass itself.
First, to make the mincemeat syrup you need to put 100ml water, the golden caster sugar and mincemeat in a pan, which you then bring to boil. Afterwards, cool the mixture. Once done, strain though muslin into a sieve and then an airtight container.
In the meantime, combine the caster sugar and mixed spice. Dampen the rims of four martini glasses and dip in the sugar and spice mixture. Finally, muddle the mincemeat in a cocktail shaker and add the gin, sweet red vermouth, dark rum, 80ml mincemeat syrup and ice. Shake well, strain into your prepared glass, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 100g golden caster sugar
- 50g mincemeat
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 4 tsp mixed spice
- 4 tsp mincemeat
- 100ml gin
- 100ml sweet red vermouth
- 20ml dark rum
