It’s that time of the month again folks, the time we announce our featured gin of the month. This month we are heading to the East End to try London Dry Gin from the Fifty Eight Distillery!

This month’s featured is London Dry Gin from the Fifty Eight distillery!
58 Distillery’s History
This gin is distilled beneath the iconic railway arches of London’s East End and made to prove you don’t need to be a trained distiller or bartender to make gin from the heart.
The Distillation Process
Each gin is handcrafted and created with English Wheat Spirit. This is distilled on a slow and slow temperature with 9 botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, cubeb pepper, Egyptian Lemon, Pink Grapefruit, Bergamot & Vanilla!
Result & Perfect Serve
The result, aa dry and delicately floral finish to offer a super smooth taste. The nose of juniper and citrus is softly balanced with eucalyptus aromas from cubeb pepper.
For the perfect serve, serve over ice with a quality tonic.

Don’t forget to leave some mint aside for garnish.
Ingredients
35ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Elderflower Cordial
15ml Apple Juice
Champagne or Prosecco
Mint Leaves
Method
All all the ingredients to a shaker.
Shake and strain.
Top with champagne or prosecco.
Recommended Garnish
Garnish with a mint leaf.
